Promotion Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to members. To participate, members must purchase a box. Participants must be permanent/residents of Australia, excluding the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and New South Wales (NSW), and must nominate an individual residing in an eligible Australian state with a full Australian driver's license.
• Prize Details: The reward is a F82 BMW M4, in perfect condition with no history of accidents ("Reward Vehicle"). Alternatively, the participant may choose a monetary reward of $60,000 AUD.
• Box Contents: There are only 550 boxes. The mystery boxes may include, but are not limited to, items such as Jordans, Yeezys, Dunks, Essentials, Supreme. The contents are varied and not restricted to these brands or items and sized will be best allocated to your preferred size of your preference but may vary.
• Selection Process: For every box you buy you get 1 entry, the more boxes you buy the better your chance. Recipients will be chosen during a special event conducted on Instagram. The selected recipient will be contacted via phone call during the event and must confirm their acceptance within 48 hours.
• Prize Collection: If the Reward Vehicle is chosen, the recipient must nominate an eligible individual with a full Australian driver's license in any Australian state except ACT or NSW. All costs associated with the delivery of the Reward Vehicle, including transport and inspection ("over the pits"), will be covered by us. The vehicle will be registered in the nominee's state at our expense.
• Monetary Reward: If the monetary reward is preferred, the amount of $60,000 AUD will be transferred via bank or presented as a cheque. The recipient must provide valid bank details or confirm their ability to accept a cheque within 7 days of confirmation.
• Responsibilities: Recipients are responsible for any applicable obligations associated with reward receipt or usage. We advise consulting with a professional to understand any implications.
• Conditions: Participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The offer is not open to employees or family members of employees of the organizing company.
• Privacy: Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this offer and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify participants based on incomplete information, suspected misconduct, or violation of these terms and conditions.
• Changes and Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice, due to reasons beyond our control or if the integrity of the offer is compromised.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Western Australia.
